International Shipping Policy

1. Destinations Served
Pokemon Trade Junction ships to over forty countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and Brazil. Additional countries may be available upon request.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier. Standard international delivery takes 7–14 business days. Express options (3–7 business days) are available for an additional fee. Tracking is included for all international orders.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. Pokemon Trade Junction does not collect these charges. Contact your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering. Orders refused due to unexpected fees will incur return shipping costs deducted from any refund.

4. Restricted Items
Certain Pokemon Cards, Magic: The Gathering singles, Yu-Gi-Oh! rarities, and sealed products may be restricted in your country. Buyers are responsible for verifying import laws. We do not ship to countries with active trade sanctions.

5. Order Processing
International orders are processed within 24 business hours. Processing times do not include shipping durations. Orders placed after Friday noon local time ship the following Monday.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
International shipments are insured up to $200. Claims for lost packages can be filed after 30 days from shipping date for standard delivery or 14 days for express. Weather, customs holds, and local postal delays are not grounds for refund.

7. Address Accuracy
Buyers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses including postal codes, apartment numbers, and recipient phone numbers. Additional charges for address correction or redelivery are billed to the buyer.

8. Returns from International Locations
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers pay return shipping and any applicable customs fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

9. Bulk International Orders
Orders exceeding $1000 in total value may require signature on delivery and additional customs documentation. We will contact you directly for any required forms.
